Poem
I am a huge wave that can never be brought down.
I am a microphone that speaks for myself.
I am a strong young women who can accomplish anything if i try!
I am who i am and i am proud of that!
I see people on the streets waiting to be fed and sadly they don’t even have their own bed.
I see kids crying in the orphanage as i drive past one everyday!
I try my best to be the best daughter and to be grateful as there are some people who have nothing to eat.
I always try to help people and treat people how i would like to be treated.
I try to not be ashamed of myself but to embrace me for who i am.
I understand nobody is perfect and that everything happens for a reason.
I understand people get sad because they have a short fuse.
I hear my parents screaming at me every single day of my life to get off my butt and go and
earn some money and i will one day be successful and so will you!
I hear my siblings crying because they are in pain.
I wonder why my sister had to be taken out of this cruel world.
Maybe she was scared what if she was the chosen one?
I wonder why people live!
Like were all going to die soon.
Life’s too short to take advantage of it.
I create happiness and joy i always try and make those who are struggling in life feel
happy and i make my parents know that they are appreciated.
And they’re the most amazing parents ever.
I hope in the future that my parents will be proud of me and i hope they
know that their loved and appreciated and that i am so grateful to have them.
I hope i get a good education.
